Vicky is a Special Projects Fellow at ILINA, where she is building her capacity to carry out AI governance research and policy work. She was previously a Research Assistant at ILINA, contributing to research on guiding principles for integrating agentic AI systems into critical infrastructure. Her experience also includes legal practice as a Trainee Advocate at Anjarwalla & Khanna LLP, the largest law firm in East and Central Africa. She holds an undergraduate law degree (first class honors) from Strathmore University, where she graduated third best in her class.
