APPLICATION & SELECTION

The application process will involve the following steps:

Submission of an online application form which will require responses to various prompt questions.

As you write your responses please ensure that you enter your email address accurately. We intend to send an application test to your email.

When filling out the application form you may use AI tools to improve the fluency and clarity of your written responses. However, the substance of all your answers should reflect your own thinking.

Completion of a timed critical thinking test.

Within eight hours of submitting your application form, you will receive an email containing a link to a timed critical thinking test. The test must be completed in a single sitting and allows only one attempt. Once the test has begun, the timer will continue to run even if the browser window is closed. We therefore recommend starting the test only when you have at least 45 uninterrupted minutes available.

The use of AI tools during the test is not permitted, and we have put in place measures to detect it.

Interview with shortlisted applicants.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 45 minute interview. We will communicate final decisions by 3 April 2026.

Online application forms must be submitted by 18 February 2026, and the critical thinking test must be completed by 20 February 2026.
